Customer Service: 顾客服务
I. Implementation of the 8 Golden Rules of Service to improve customer service
贯彻八个黄金服务原则以提高顾客服务水平
II. Being strict to act as a model to the staff
严格要求自己做员工的表率
III. Good welcoming when the customer enter the store
保证顾客进入店铺的第一时间接受良好的接待服务
IV. More information of products and promotion to the customers
及时提供给顾客更多的产品和促销信息
Manpower Management: 人力管理
I. Frequently check whether the performance of staff conform to company’s standard and policy
时常检查员工是否按照公司的标准及规章制度来进行每项工作
II. Arrange new staff to familiar with the new environment and help the T & D department to conduct on-the-job training
安排新员工熟悉环境，配合培训部对其进行入职培训
III. Arrange the jobs according to the quantity of staff so as to ensure the usual operation of the store and the human resources are fully utilized
根据员工实际人数合理安排工作，以保证卖场运作的正常进行，并充分利用人力资源
IV. Checking grooming rules of the staff regularly
定期检查员工的着装礼仪规范等
Store Operation: 店铺营运
I. Check the department which yourself responsible for and ensure the display can comply with company’s regulations
巡视自己负责的部门，确保陈列符合公司相关规定
II. Implementation of the 8 Golden Rules of item display.
贯彻八大陈列黄金原则
III. Arrange the staff to clean the areas they are responsible for and refill the shelves
安排属下员工分区域清洁店铺、补充卖场货品
IV. Adopt effective measures to control shrinkage strictly
采取有效措施，严格控制货品流失
V. Change the prices of products in tine according to promotion package
根据促销表对货品的价格及时进行调整等
岗位要求：
I. 1~2 yrs working experience or fresh graduate, retailing preferred
1-2年零售行业工作经验或应届毕业生
II. Good ability in communication ,leadership and execution
具备良好的沟通,领导和执行能力
III. Under pressure
能承受一定的工作压力
IV. Strong sense of customer service
具有较强的顾客服务意识
